How can I pay for an order in Russia?

We understand how challenging it is to order goods from overseas to Russia. That is why we support payments from Russian community via our legal representative in Russia using СБП transfer.
Let us know what items are you interested in, include your email address, phone number, full name and delivery address in English.
We will create an order for you that will be sent to your email with the total amount. Once you confirm an order, we will send you our representative СБП details.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size? What do I do?

Once an order is placed, you have 1 day to cancel if you change your mind.

Pre-orders & 3D Printing-on-demand

3D Printing-on-demand policy

Once an order is placed, your unique item will be 3D printed specifically for you based on your measurements and specifications. The complete on-demand production cycle typically takes 10-14 days excluding delivery time.

You will receive regular updates & notifications at every step of the 3D printing production cycle.

Once your custom 3D printed item is completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


Order Cancellation

Due to the immediate start of production for on-demand items:

  • You have 24 hours after placing your order to request cancellation. To request a cancellation within this window, please contact us at info@posthmnlab.com with your order details
  • Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations as your item is being 3D printed according to your unique measurements and specifications

Production Timeline

Production begins immediately after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Your item will be 3D printed, finished, and prepared for shipping within 10-14 days.

On-demand items are 3D printed according to your unique measurements and specifications. Please ensure all measurements provided are accurate, as items are printed specifically to your dimensions.

Quality Assurance

Quality control is our top-notch priority. However, if there is damage during delivery or an issue on our end, we will gladly reprint or refund your item in full. Please note that you should send us evidence (photos of the damaged item and packaging) immediately upon receiving your parcel to qualify for replacement or refund.

Sustainability Commitment

Our on-demand printing model eliminates waste by printing items only when ordered and exactly to specifications. This approach ensures we maintain minimal inventory and reduce our environmental footprint.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive regular updates & notifications at every step of the 3D printing production cycle. Overall, the complete pre-order cycle takes from 4-5 weeks from order placement to delivery.

  • Once an order is placed, you have 10 days to cancel pre-order if you change your mind.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@posthmnlab.com with your order details.

Post-Cancellation Window

  • After the 10-day cancellation window closes, production of your item will begin. The production process typically takes 10-14 days to complete once your order enters the production queue.

Quality Assurance

Quality control is our top-notch priority. However, if there is damage during delivery or an issue on our end, we will gladly recreate or refund your item in full. Please note that you should send us evidence (photos of the damaged item and packaging) immediately upon receiving your parcel to qualify for replacement or refund.

What is difference between Pre-orders & 3D Printing-on-Demand?

  • The majority of products on the website are available for immediate purchase and delivery unless specifically marked as "Pre-Order" or "3D Printed On-Demand."
  • Pre-orders typically apply to new collection releases, placing you in queue for production when collections launch. The complete pre-order cycle takes 4-5 weeks from order placement to delivery.
  • On-demand items such as Tops, Bralettes, Swords or Bags are 3D printed as you place your order and according to your unique measurements. On-demand items take 10-14 days for production plus delivery time.

Shipping

Can I change the delivery address?

No hustle. Since you ordered, you have 1 day to change your shipping address. Please send us an email with the order number and new address details at info@posthmnlab.com .

Do I need to pay taxes?

We want you to have less hustle during shopping experience with POSTHUMAN LAB. For EU customers we pre-pay your taxes.

For the rest of the world, we will handle customs declarations to minimize any tax burden, however, the final outcome will depend on your local customs, which is outside of POSTHUMAN LAB control.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Posthuman Lab offers Earth Worldwide Shipping except for Ukraine and remote areas.

How can I track my order?

After your item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please click this link to view the shipping status.

What are Shipping Fees?

Posthuman Lab offers complimentary shipping for orders over $300.

For orders less than $300 please check the shipping price at the checkout page.

Processing and Production Time

At Posthuman Lab, we prioritize swift processing. Once you place an order, we begin crafting your items immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

For custom-made pieces tailored to your measurements—such as the Neo Apotheosis Top, Bralettes, Masks, or Headbands—each item is 3D printed, meticulously polished by artisans, and plated from scratch, requiring approximately 10-14 days to complete.


This approach ensures you receive high-quality, personalized accessories without unnecessary delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on your location and will be displayed during the checkout process.

Customs and Import Duties

All products are tax-inclusive: the price seen on the product page will be the final price without any additional cost.

Please note: New US tariffs may impact delivery timelines and additional taxes paid upon shipping for US customers. This situation is fluctuating, and we actively monitor it to minimize disruption to your orders. As of May 5th, 2025, the situation remains stable with no significant impacts on our shipping processes. Any future changes will be communicated during checkout or via email before shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address
