Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Posthuman Lab offers Earth Worldwide Shipping, including Russia, Maldives, Brazil, India etc.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your item has been 3D printed, packed & shipped. To check the shipping status please check here.

What are Shipping Fees?

Posthuman Lab offers complimentary shipping for orders over $300.

For orders less than $300 please check the shipping price at the checkout page.

Do I need to pay taxes?

We want you to have less hustle during shopping experience with POSTHUMAN LAB. For EU customers we pre-pay your taxes.

For the rest of the world, we will handle customs declarations to minimize any tax burden, however, the final outcome will depend on your local customs, which is outside of POSTHUMAN LAB control.

The price seen on the product page will be the final price without any additional cost.

Can I change the delivery address?

No hustle. Just let us know at info@posthmnlab.com as soon as possible. Changes can be made as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.

Why is jewelry so expensive?

Took us 1,5 years to develop 3D printing-on demand manufacturing method. Which means we create each item as you order. This is our commitment to sustainability that allows us to reduce any waste. In addition, we use a combination of complex designs achieved by precious metals like 925 silver & brass with a thick layer of coating made of luxury Rhodium, which is more durable & expensive than gold. This combination of innovation, design, sustainability, and quality not only stands out but also makes your products long lasting and high-end.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size? What do I do?

No hustle. Just let us know at info@posthmnlab.comwithin 1 day so we can update your order. Alternatively, you can exchange any non-customised item (such as rings, bracelets, chains etc.) post purchase. Customised item (Headphone Attachments, Mask, Top & Headband etc) are not eligible for an exchange. For more detailed information about returns & exchange please visit this page.

Once an order is placed, you have 1 day to cancel if you change your mind. We start 3D printing your item 1-2 days post-purchase, and once printing has begun, we can't stop production or issue a refund. Quick decisions are appreciated to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.

As a valuable Posthuman Lab terrestrial member, if your jewelry has lost its shine at any point of time, Posthuman Lab will cover new plating and polishing for free. In such cases, customer will be responsible for covering the associated shipping fees back to Posthuman Lab. This complimentary unlimited service is our pledge. Long-term care and maintenance support is available to our Posthuman community forever.

Customised Items Warranty

Please note that if you have ordered a customised item like Headphone Attachments, Mask, Top Headband etc., we cannot accept returns or cancellations as these items are 3D printed & adapted specifically to your requirements.
