Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Posthuman Lab. You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any non-customised item as long as your item is not a final sale item.
14-Day Exchange Policy
Posthuman Lab supports an exchange for orders within the 14-day window after delivery. 
How To Initiate The Return, Refund, Or Exchange Process:
1. Kindly visit the Return & Exchange Center fill your Order number & Email.
2. Select return/exchange items (Please fill in the reason and your return address if it is different from the order shipping address).
3. Select solution.
4. Select return method.
5. Submit.
6. We will review and approve or email you if additional information is needed.
US/AU/EU/CA/HK/NZ/SG/UK customers: once we approve a return we will provide a return shipping label for an ease of transaction.
All you need to do is to print the label, attach it to the parcel & send it via nearest USPS office.

Return your item in the same condition & packaging we shipped to you within 7-14 days of its arrival.
Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:
  • Has visible wear or damage
  • Is not in the original package, including sleeves and tags 
  • Is a final sale item (this does not include the use of a discount code or sitewide sales)
  • Earrings, Nose & Lip cuffs can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
Damaged, Lost or Defective Items
If, by any chance, your product arrives with issues such as breakage, damage, or any other shipping-related problems, we will gladly support a refund or an exchange. We want to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition. Please email us at info@posthmnlab.com
Damage During Usage of Customised Items
In case customised product was damaged during the use such as Headphone Attachments, Mask, Top & Headband etc and you wish to repair it, please send us detailed information about your case and we will try our level best to assist you. The outcome of your situation depends on a case by case basis.
Lifetime Warranty
As a valuable Posthuman Lab terrestrial member, if your jewelry has lost its shine at any point of time, Posthuman Lab will cover new plating and polishing for free. In such cases, customer will be responsible for covering the associated shipping fees back to Posthuman Lab.
This complimentary unlimited service is our pledge. Long-term care and maintenance support is available to our Posthuman community forever.
Customised Items Warranty
Please note that if you have ordered a customised item like Headphone Attachments, Mask, Top Headband etc., we cannot accept returns or cancellations as these items are 3D printed & adapted specifically to your requirements.
Return & Exchange Timelines
Once we received your package & the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 1-2 days & you will receive notification via email.
