Eligibility & Timeframe
- 14-Day Return Policy – You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date for eligible items.
- 14-Day Exchange Policy – Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery for size, color, or alternative product selection.
Exchanges
- Same-Product Exchange – Available for size or colour swaps.
- Different-Product Exchange – Price adjustments will apply if there’s a cost difference.
- Defective or Incorrect Items – A replacement is offered for damaged, scratched or wrongly shipped items.
Returns & Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a full return, the item must be in its pristine, unworn condition, packaging, including all tags.
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The item shows wear or damage
- Items that are from the exclusive deals section
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- 3D-printed customized items that require individual measurements (Neo Apotheosis Top, Bralettes, Masks or Headbands)
- Earrings, Nose & Lip cuffs (for hygiene reasons)

Return Shipping Cost & Taxes
- Return due to Customer Reason (e.g., change of mind, size or color preference): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return due to delivery damage, product defect, or incorrect item: Posthuman Lab will provide a prepaid return shipping label for US & UK customers. For other regions, the return shipping cost will be refunded once an item is received.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once a return parcel is received, your item will enter our quality control inspection process. Should the item be determined to be acceptable for return, it may take two to three business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. Please note that this estimate may be extended during holiday or gifting seasons.
Customs and Import Taxes
All products are tax-inclusive: the price seen on the product page will be the final price without any additional cost.
Please note that any original taxes or duties paid on the order are non-refundable. If the return is due to a customer-initiated reason, you are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties when shipping the item back. The sender must also pre-pay any customs fees to ensure the package clears customs without delays. Any return packages with unpaid customs fees may be refused and returned to the sender.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 1 day before production begins.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 1-2 days of return approval.
Lifetime Warranty
As a valuable Posthuman Lab terrestrial member, if your silver or brass jewelry has lost its shine at any point of time, Posthuman Lab will cover new plating and polishing for free. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the associated shipping fees back to Posthuman Lab. This complimentary unlimited service is our pledge.
