Customized Items

Please note that if you have ordered a customized item, we cannot accept returns or cancellations as these items are adapted specifically to your requirements. Once you purchase a customized product, we won't be able to resell it to another customer.

Damaged or Defective Customized Items

If, by any chance, your customized product arrives with issues such as breakage, damage, or any other shipping-related problems, we will gladly support a refund or an exchange. We want to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Customized Items

In the unfortunate event that your customized product is lost during shipping or arrives damaged to the point where it's no longer in a new, usable condition, we offer support to remedy the situation. You can send the item to Poshuman Lab, and we will facilitate a free remake or renewal of the items. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the associated shipping fees.
